For our third edition of "Dusty's Bull Brew", brewed for the annual Float Trip, we crafted Tres Toros as a lightly dry hopped citrus Kolsch. We used 2-Row and Carahell barley malts and White Wheat with kettle additions of Lime, Lemon, and Orange Peels. For hopping we used Herkules, and Citra and then dry-hopped with Citra. The resulting beer has a very nice citrus aroma, great foam and has a pleasant citrus, fruity flavor. Slightly sweet and malty balanced by nice bitter notes creates a refreshing beer for a hot day floating the river!
