During the tough times of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, Other Half put the word out. And Axiom heard the call! "Brewers, servers, bartenders, bussers, dishwashers, GMs, buyers, chefs, owners—we are all in this together. In this industry, when one of us struggles, the rest of us pick them up." So we decided to participate in this worldwide collaboration, brew the beer and donate it. But, we had to give our own creative twist to the recipe! While keeping the hop bill intact, Czech Pils Malt was used as a base, and we fermented with K97, an unexpected choice tried and tested in our Berliner Weisse releases.
