Axiom’s Berliner Weisse is kettle soured by the Lactobacillus naturally living in the barley husks. In this version, we added passion fruit and white grapes, that add subtle wine notes, perfectly blended with the balanced sourness of the base beer. This one is a refreshing thirst-quencher.
