The second experimental iteration of our house pale ale "Distorted Re(Ale)ity" made with another yeast that we love dearly. It still has all the lovely citrus and tropical fruit notes you’ve come to enjoy, but with a touch more over ripe, honeyed mango, and a bit less peachy apricot. We’ll more than likely continue turning out alternatives of our beloved house pale ale so long as we think there is something that is a little too different to sneak into the original, but doesn’t deviate too far from the core of everything that is Distorted. We like to keep experimenting and tweaking all our recipes (whether they're full timers or not) to make sure they not only taste their best, but continue to evolve and never get tired or stale.
