An imperial stout aged for 22 months in Heaven Hill and Willet barrels. Inky is the product of much patience, struggle and a focused eye to the future. A beer that is built in pieces over an unknown time horizon, and assembled when each is ready to enhance the other. We’re thrilled to be able to share it with you now. This years version IS carbonated. Bottled December 2022.
