An imperial stout aged in Heaven Hill and Willet barrels. Inky is the product of much patience, struggle and a focused eye to the future. A beer that was near impossible for us to make 15 months ago, but one we’ve been wanting to make for years. We’re thrilled to be able to share it with you now. Packaged still (translation: uncarbonated). Drinking beautifully now, but suitable for further cellar aging.
