Loch is a dry hopped saison with brett. It was lightly dry hopped with Vic Secret, El Dorado and Huell Melon and then bottled with a pineapple forward blend of brett strains. It is tongue dancingly carbonated to 3.2 volumes. Notes of pineapple, lemon, earthy funk. Note: refrigerate for 24 hours before serving into your favorite glass. If served warm or consumed directly from the bottle it is much more likely (definitely going) to foam over and be a much messier/less enjoyable drinking experience.
