The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all thing's DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup. This iteration features a modified malt base to keep things big, fluffy and creamy, while also allowing us to dry the beer out much more than usual, making this DIPA extremely drinkable and perceptively sweet, without the sweetness. We then dry hopped it with Citra, Nectaron, and Motueka. We taste big time lime, citrus and a very cool lingering dank pineapple, passionfruit.
