Пиво September DIPA (2021) - Badlands Brewing Company

The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all thing's DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup. This iteration features a paler malt base and a lower protein barley variety than we typically use. It gives the beer a lighter yellower look while still providing plenty of body. Hopped with Nelson, Riwaka and Strata, this beer is a lovely display of tropical fruit aromatics mixed with citrus and berry tones.
