Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. This particular version sees us use the newest hop out of New Zealand, Nectaron. We are happy to report that this hop bops. After using it in a couple blends and having all those beers taste mighty fine, we figured it was time to let this delectable little hop let its hair down, and maybe even whip it back and forth, all on its own. As the name would suggest, we taste tons of mixed citrus and tropical fruit. Distinct pineapple and passionfruit notes with a side of peach. The rumors of this hops deliciousness have not been overstated
