This year we selected for the varietal El Dorado. This is a hop that can vary wildly in flavor profile. What we’re looking for is that nice hard candy, bordering on tropical, watermelon citrus. We chose the one that smelled best, regardless of whether it smelled like el dorado that has come before, and there were some truly great options on the table! We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of El Dorado with you.
