SOUR GOLD is our blended golden ale, aged for at least half a year in different wine barrels and treated with carefully selected strains of wild yeast and bacteria. The golden malt base is unobtrusive, leaving the microbes to shine with fruity esters, velvety funk and smooth sourness with light acidic bite, blended to match the oak character and vinous undertones. It’s pleasantly complex, smooth and easy to drink.
