Un modo per usare le botti di Collerosso (il vecchio birrificio) durante i mesi estivi. La birra è ricca, esplosiva nei profumi, con le note di lievito che si bilanciano a meraviglia con il carattere di brandy lasciato dalla botte ed una sottile acidità che le dona un'inaspettata freschezza. A new way to use the Collerosso (the old brewery dedicated to spontaneous fermentation) barrels during the hot months. The beer is rich, explosive in aromas, with the yeasty notes perfectly balanced with the brandy profile. A slight finishing sourness gives an astonishing freshness despite the high ABV.
