The scene was set. Burning Sky would make the trip to the Highlands, brew a beer, eat some food, then we’d walk the first two days of the Cape Wrath trail. As a result of virus lockdown, what you’re holding is Plan B. A virtual collaboration. The same recipe, brewed in two breweries on two farms, socially distanced by precisely 632 miles. (For the avoidance of doubt, it’s spelt ‘lager’)
