This Stonefly variant features Simcoe, an old West Coast stalwart, along with the OG American Ale yeast from Ballentine. This lot we selected showcases new school Simcoe, with a big fruit profile. Peaches, pineapple, and tropical fruit, resin and citrus on the nose, with a touch of blueberry in the background. The flavor is a big fruit punch wallop, with more malt body than previous versions, while still finishing dry with an aggressive, clean bitterness.
