Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Alliance Brewing Co., What You Don't Understand is a hoppy sour ale with a hazy straw gold appearance. It features strong aromas of lemon zest, orange pith, tropical fruit and SweeTARTS. Pleasantly tart from start to finish! This is a continuation of the gradual release of our four-way collaboration, where four Knoxville breweries took wort from Classic Saison to give it their own creative spin.
