Kurai 7.0%: Export Stout ­ A complex export stout with real malt depth. Developed between our head brewer Kieran and Tracks head brewer Matt, they've come up with something to statisfy that malt craving, a full and complex malt bill provides a real layered aroma and flavour, travelling from gentle biscuit to deep, dark roasted coffee. ­ 6 malts make up the backbone of this beast. Chocolate Malt, Crystal 400, Extra Pale, Flaked Barley & the king of the roast flavour, Roasted Barley. A beer this big and with this much flavour needs a hit of hops. We've looked no further than to original UK and Kent varietals, our homegrown Goldings teamed up with it's distant American cousin Willamette with 24kg total hitting the boil.
