A celebration of things that hibernate. This series is an ongoing experimentation of ideas coming from our barrel room. This is the very first iteration in the series. We have blended a variety of barrel aged saison and golden sour and conditioned them on nectarines from Niagara. This beer finishes dry with assertive Brett character perfectly balanced with soft acidity and bright stone fruit.
