Brett Berliner Weisse with Apricot - Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Escarpment Labs, this small but flavourful ale is tart, fruity and funky. Using a mixed culture of yeasts and bacteria, including a strain of Brett isolated from a traditional German Berliner Weisse, we let this ale age on over 400 lbs of pureed apricots for 6 weeks.
