A celebration of things that hibernate. This series is an ongoing experimentation of ideas coming from our barrel room. This years rendition of Bear Worship Strawberry is a blend of barrel aged golden sour. The blend was fermented on a generous serving of strawberries and bottle conditioned to perfection. Light oak and fresh strawberries lead into a full jammy finish balanced with bright acidity.
