IIPA w/ Freeze-dried Passion Fruit & Peach, Wai-iti & El Dorado • 8.5% ABV Picture a tropical beach with all your favourite friends on it. That beach has nothing to do with this beer, but it’s a nice image, really. Instead picture a foamy glass of tropical fruit with a bikini-thin aroma of hops. Now that’s much closer! Our latest specialty IIPA is fruit-forward with notes of peach, white wine and tropical fruit. We’d even go so far to say “boozy but delicate”. Now we are getting there!
