We brewed Cinque Per Amici to celebrate Mostra Coffee's Fifth Anniversary! This mocha monster saw three different stages of Mostra's House Blend coffee additions: •26 pounds of grounds in the whirlpool •Tank recirculation on 26 more pounds of whole beans (with nearly 100lbs of Ecuadorian cacao nibs!) •...and 26 final pounds of grounds to steep on in the brite tank! Dense and night-black, this beer is supremely roasty with a tight tan head and incredible chocolate balance.
