We're experimenting with CO2 Hop Extract -- a process where supercritical CO2 is used to extract all of the oils and alpha acids from the cone into a thick primordial hop-goo. -- All of the aromatics and flavor without any of the vegetal plant matter! In Origin Trail we used a combination of Summit, Centennial, and Chinook CO2 Hop Extract with Citra pellets in the whirlpool and dry hop charge of Citra, Centennial, and Chinook for bold bitterness and bright notes of orange peel, lemongrass, and citrus.
