We are proud to release another round of the popular, Andsoit Gose. This low alcohol wheat beer underwent acidification with lactobacillus bacteria and then traditionally fermented with brewers yeast. The addition of fresh ground coriander and passionfruit puree adds a nice touch of spice and tropical fruit, while Himalayan Pink Salt brightens the flavors and finish. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer great for any time of year. Prost!
