This quick sour was brewed in the Gose tradition with Indian coriander, Himalayan pink salt and a small amount of Hallertau hops. A large dose red plum was added at the end of fermentation to lend a rich fruit flavor and soft mouthfeel. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer for anytime of year.
