Пиво N. Broadway Black IPA - Bozeman Brewing Company

Bozeman Brewing Company is pleased to release our latest seasonal selection, N. Broadway Black IPA. This style, which is named after our beloved North Broadway location, has origins in the Pacific Northwest, where it is often referred to as Cascadian Dark Ale. We brewed ours with Carafa, Dark Crystal and Chocolate Rye malts to achieve the requisite color and mild roasted flavors. The hops were not too hard to choose, as this style requires heavy doses of citrusy American hops like Mosaic and Bravo throughout the boil with a large charge for dry hopping as well. The blending of rich dark malts with large quantities of citrusy, resinous hop varieties provides a unique taste that separates the style from other dark beers like Stouts and Porters.
