Dulle Wind is a Belgo-American IPA, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Half Acre brewery in Chicago. Its name is a nod to the nickname of this wonderful city; “the windy city”.
Dulle Wind, with its amber body, is incredibly clear for a beer that has not been filtered. Its flavours are the result of an elegant mix of American and European hops. The notes of pink grapefruit, physalis, orange, mandarine, meadow flowers, and white currants are accompanied by a nice and very refreshing bitterness, which reminds us that this is a real beer of character, not an alcoholic fruit juice. 6,2% abv, hardly perceptible.
