What do you get when you cross a classic German Hefeweizen yeast with bold American hops.....Hopfenweisse. This hoppy wheat ale is truly an under appreciated style. We started with a quaffable Hefeweizen wheat base recipe so you get that nice hazy color and soft mouthfeel. Then we added lots of PNW hops including Centennial, Crystal, Ahtanum, and Amarillo to provide a refreshing citrus/floral aroma and flavor. Perfect for warm summer days, hanging out with friends, and pairing with a burger and fries.
