Пиво TFP 005 - Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Ale - Brewlander (Singapore)

TFP - 005 is an experimental farmhouse ale which underwent a mixed fermentation involving beer, wine and champagne yeast. Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria hops were used to further enhance the Gooseberry notes a Sauvignon Blanc and the fruitiness of a Gewurztraminer, thereby creating an interesting interaction between the fruity esters and soft phenols in this gem.
