Pouring a slightly opaque lemon yellow, with a quick off-white head. On the nose lemon leads the way, with hints of freshly zested ginger and a mild lactic sourness. The palate follows the nose, with tingly lemons upfront, supported by a touch of ginger spice, light crackeresque malts and noticeable tartness rounding out the sip. Light-medium bodied, brisk carbonation and refreshing dry finish.
