A beautiful full-bodied dark bock with a slightly burned taste thanks to the use of both oats, caramalt and roastmalt. During cooking and lagering, not only Pacific Gem was added but also cinnamon and dried orange peel. A beer with a soft bitterness, a subtle hint of cinnamon and a spicy finish.
