For the late summer we brewed a White IPA this time, a tasty hybrid between a witbier and an IPA. The wheat gives a fresh flavor with some slight acidity, while a full bitter note was added by the Chinook hops and a firm dryhop with Amarillo and a touch of Chinook. To create some extra freshness some limes and dried orange peel were added. A tasty flavorbomb to enjoy the aftersummer with.
