In a break from our foraged ingredients, this year we are brewing a beer to evoke the feeling of Spring. A time when the dormant plants come to life, when there is freshness and hope in the air after the cold dark winter months. The beer will be brewed with a dual Saison strain and dry hopped prior to kegging for a clean spritzy celebration of Springtime.
