2020 Member Beer No. 3 is LEFT BANK. This beer is inspired by the Bourdeaux wines of France and ages a blend of saisons in Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cab Franc barrels. After 18-months in barrel Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes were added to the barrels and allowed to ferment to dryness before being naturally conditioned in bottle.
