Wedding Beer Volume 1 is a re-creation of a beer made for our brewer and his wife and served at their wedding celebration, simply called Wedding Beer. Our foeder-aged saison was re-fermented on Fuyu Persimmons and local Wildflower Honey creating a beautifully subtle union of flavor and aroma.
