14.3% Single Barrel Aged Stout with Ghanaian Cacao Nibs For our first ever release of Here Be Monsters with Cacao, we wanted to select a barrel that showcased layers of chocolate on its own before conditioning it on one of our favorite cacao nib origins - Ghanaian from Ethereal Craft Chocolate. In order to achieve this, we elevated the percentages of roasted malts - in the form of English chocolate, pale chocolate and black malt. Tasting notes: Ghirardelli Brownie Batter, Lindt Truffles and 87% Cacao Dark Chocolate.
