Inspired by our home city of Manchester, where 'pale & hoppy' rules supreme, our latest iteration of the In Your Heart series embraces the Sabro hop to create a Pale Ale that is soft, smooth and saturated in flavour. This hop brings together a complexity to the beer, imparting fruity and citrus notes alongside distinctly coconut flavours to create a wonderfully juicy beer. Released monthly, each edition of this series explores different modern hop varieties to create a Pale Ale that represents our interpretation of a hop-forward pale ale.
