Imperial Stout is a rich and full-bodied stout, packed with deep chocolate, espresso and cocoa sensations. Braggot is a honey and beer combination. We added 200L of local, unpasteurized honey to create our Nitro Imperial Stout Braggot, giving the beer a touch of honeyed depth and rounded mouthfeel. Adding nitrogen to the beer, rather than CO2, gives the beer a smooth, silky and creamy character.
