Gut gehopft mit der Hopfensorte Sabro fügt es dem Malzprofil neben einer ausgewogenen Bitterkeit noch Aromen von süßen Früchten und Karamell hinzu. --------------- The use of six malts in our very first stout results in a great balance of coffee notes and dark chocolate. Definitely suitable as a wake-up from hibernation, hence its name! Well hopped with the Sabro hop variety, it adds flavors of sweet fruit and caramel to the malt profile along with a balanced bitterness.
