● Summary Barbe Rousse is the very first beer from the DrinkThatBeer brewery. This nice redhead, or maybe copper even, is a light sparkling IPA with hints of red fruit in its aroma and a well-balanced bitterness. ● Appearance A clear, copper-coloured beer with fine bubbles. ● Nose The fruity notes (red fruits) of the hops are present from the very beginning. The malty strength of the beer balances the whole. ● Mouth The lightness of the sparkle makes the caramel/coffee side of the malts perceptible from the first sip thanks to the lightness of the sparkle. Everything combined with a balanced bitterness and a final touch of red fruit.
