Signature Edition #10 With an incoming 101 IBU, this West-Coast IPA is easily the bitterest beer we've ever brewed. Just beyond the saturation limit of iso-alpha acids in beer. Balance is overrated, we've added almost as much hop as we could. And we gave this beer a thin body with little malt notes, just to accentuate the loads of hop even more. This beer is a little bit like Dutch phenomenon Rapper Sjors: unrefined, but ambitious. Yeah, let's go!
