Пиво Woodland Succession (Blend 1) - Esker Hart Artisan Ales

Woodland Succession (Blend 1) is a 14.5% blend of imperial stout and rye barleywine aged for 15 months in small format rye barrels. Back in December of 2021, we brewed a batch of imperial stout and a batch of rye barleywine that just didn’t make the cut for their initial intentions. An overly sweet stout and an overly attenuated barleywine added up for a perfect blend! In December of 2022 we blended the two batches together for an additional 3 months in the barrel. The overall blend is roughly 70% imperial stout and 30% rye barleywine. To all who try, I hope you enjoy!
