Deep black beer with a brown and compact head. The coffee is the main actor thanks to the addition in the fermenter but the vanilla, added in beans, takes the scene as the beer warms up. The roasted malts gives to the beer a chocolate hint that pleasantly holds together everything and warms body and soul. Nero impenetrabile, schiuma finissima e compatta dai toni scuri. L’aggiunta di una miscela selezionata rende il caffè il primo protagonista, ricordi di torrefazione ed espresso si abbracciano alla vaniglia, che prende il sopravvento appena la birra si scalda. Il cioccolato completa un tris perfetto di aromi e suggestioni. L’alcol è splendidamente nascosto e lì solo per scaldare l’anima.
