Introducing our “house” beer only available in our tasting room. It has been a mission of ours to find a native yeast we like from the Santa Ynez Valley. Well, we found it! Harvested off Chardonnay grapes from Foxen Tinaquaic Chardonnay vineyard. Notes of citrus, tropical fruit and white pepper rounded out by a smooth mouthfeel, and tangy crisp finish.
