The cold-infused coffee melds seamlessly with Parabola's signature dark mocha and bourbon vanilla notes, adding layers of roasted coffee, toasted cashew and baker's chocolate. This beer represents a special selection of Parabola that was aged for one year in bourbon barrels, then cold infused with dark roast Brazil Oberon coffee grounds from Spearhead Coffee in Paso Robles.
