Пиво Propagator Series: Gen-4 - Firestone Walker

Brewed & packaged to celebrate our 4th anniversary of the Propagator! Building on the base of our house IPA Gen-1, we boosted the ABV to 8.3% and doubled the dry hops, adding Simcoe, Azacca, and Idaho Gem to the combo of Mosaic and Citra that we use in Gen-1. As another twist this year, we decided to use our special hazy yeast strain, which makes for an even juicier flavor and softer mouthfeel. The finished beer is a tropical fruit and peach bomb with a perfect balance of juiciness and delicate bitterness.
