Barrel-aged imperial stout. Back in Feb 2020 we brewed four of the largest mashes ever at Galway Bay to collect one full tank of super-high gravity wort. This all-malt 33 Plato stout Is the biggest beer we’ve made to date. Lagered in a steel tank for 1 year before aging in Bourbon & Rum barrels for an additional 9 months. This decadent stout oozes chocolate, cocoa & finished with a kiss of salted caramel. Bottled December 2021. Drink fresh or age cold.
