Scarecrow is a modern take on an old style of beer. It combines the fruity esters and spicy phenols of Belgian yeast with a hopping regime similar to that of a new-world IPA - creating a palate that has all the yeast driven complexity of a classic Saison with all the hoppy juiciness of an American IPA. High flavour and aroma together with a moderate mouth feel, low bitterness and a dry finish makes for an extremely moreish and sessionable beer.
