For Double Barrel Aged Reserve blend #2 we conditioned the beer on REAL Madagascan Vanilla Beans & REAL organic Toasted Coconut Flakes until it tasted ???. (No flavour extracts!) These additional ingredients are integrated artfully into the beer, never losing sight of the base beer & the profile achieved through multiple barrel aging & blending. They simply amplify the chocolate profile beyond where an all-malt mash could take you. The sheer amount of natural oils from the coconut contained within however has one downside - it makes foam disappear ?. A small concession in the pursuit of flavour.
