An Extremely dry, yeast driven, unfiltered saison brewed with a blend of three classic Saison strains. Hopped in the whirlpool with Amarillo and hallertau. No temperature control on this one, fermented hot, yielding strong notes of pear, citrus and noble hop character. Production time: 6 weeks.
